Adelaide Hills Garden Affair Returns Bigger and Better in Autumn 2026

The award-winning Adelaide Hills Garden Affair (AHGA) returns on Sunday, May 3rd, 2026, from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm, set amidst the spectacular autumn displays of Stangate House and Gardens in Aldgate, SA.
Following its success as the 2025 Community Event of the Year, the volunteer-run, not-for-profit AHGA is expanding significantly. The event will feature a peaceful garden setting with additional garden-related market stalls spilling onto Euston Road, new food vendors, and an enhanced Inspiration Hub. This hub will host experts sharing knowledge and positive skills focused on gardening in changing climate conditions.

Visitors can immerse themselves in all things gardening, learning from experts, exploring plants, unique garden décor, gardening accessories and an art exhibition. The day promises a program of informative talks, hands-on activities for all ages, and a friendly atmosphere perfect for a family outing just one week before Mother’s Day.

As part of the exciting Speakers' Program, AHGA is delighted to confirm that its key-note speaker, thanks to partner Neutrog Australia, will be renowned horticulturalist, author, and popular ABC Gardening Australia presenter and gardening talkback radio, Sophie Thomson.
