With Megan Bolton & Ellen EmeryWorkshop focus:
Acro Strength/flexibility, Acrobatics technique (walkovers, barani's, round - off back handsprings ,front aerials, backtucks), tricks and transitions.
Pre-requisite for this workshop:
Front and back walkover, side Aerial (barani), working towards back handspring
All acrobats and gymnasts with previous experience are welcome! You don't need to be a regular student at IEM.
