30 minutes of Feel good Yoga, to wake up in a nourishing way, build strength, and energize our wonderful self for the day.Ending in grounding, gentle, movement & stillness.
No Yoga experience is needed.
If you are pregnant, or have an injury or illness that may be affected by physical activity please consult a health care professional before booking in.
A beautiful way to start our day.
Please bring:
* Water bottle
* A bed pillows, or bolster if you have one
* Blanket
* Something to cover your eyes i.e. eye pillow, sock, or hand towel
* Yoga mat/fitness mat/or soft surface
