The safety of children: roles and responsibilities

About
All educators are responsible for the health, protection, safety and wellbeing of children attending the service, including protecting children from the risk of harm or injury.
It can be challenging to get the balance right between protecting children from possible harm, respecting families’ concerns and providing environments that promote children's agency, risk-taking and getting out into the community.
