What a year 2025 has been! Everyone has felt it on some level. 2025 is a 9 year - a year of completion. In the Chinese Zodiac cycle, it is the year of the snake - which means that there has been a lot of shedding of what no longer aligns with us. If anything didn't align with your authentic, highest self- it was not going to last this year.From relationship breakdowns to jobs ending, this year was not going to let you remain in situations that were not for you. There have been shadows rising to the surface and limiting beliefs for us to take a look at. Each month felt like a transformation and none of us are the same person as when we began the year. In 2026, the year of the horse is where we integrate and move forward.
Most of us are ready to let go of 2025.
In this workshop, it is time to release what you are still hanging on to from this year. When we hold on to things, they hold on to us and it can manifest as stuckness, stiffness and pain in the body.
Sometimes it manifest as irritability and outbursts with loved ones, strangers or co-workers. As we are coming into the busy holiday season, it is so important to release what no longer serves so that the stress of the season doesn't set us off. Wouldn't it be better to show up as our authentic selves with compassion and joy?
You are invited to release the resistance and whatever it is that you need to let go of in this beautiful yin yoga and sound bath. Whether it is grief, frustration, stress....whatever it is that is holding on, just let go.
We'll be working with the hips, lower back, lungs, liver and heartspace.
Then relax for a sound bath and let the sound of 15 crystal bowls, drums, koshi chimes, percussion and more wash over you to bring you back to a state of harmony.
You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer and relaxed - ready for the holidays and the final days of 2025.
Mats, bolsters, blocks and eye masks are available at the studio. Bring a journal if you wish.
Chakra balancing tea and cards will be available after.
