Here are words from Jo"This holiday season for me has always been an opening of Grace where the heart amplifies into a place of generosity which feels in harmony with our most essential nature.
Coming from the US this has been a time of tenderness and transformation.
I keep asking how can I love more?
How can I release the frustrations the tensions what arise through our daily lives and the constant information we’re receiving. I’m using the Dance as my way of meeting life through embodiment. Setting potent intentions, with opened hearts, into tender wonder. Let’s share an evening of connection, collaboration, presence, and rise in Joy full movement.
I have been invited to share a dance with you on the eve of my return to Los Angeles this is my first visit to Australia since before Covid and I’m sincerely grateful for this opportunity to share with you. Thank you Michelle for inviting me for 23 years of dances. "

Jo has been teaching 5Rhythms®️ worldwide since 1995—sharing her work across LA, Australia, India, South Africa, and beyond. Trained by Gabrielle Roth and other pioneering teachers, she weaves art, storytelling, soulful presence, and deep meditative awareness into every workshop.
