You're invited to Kundalini Yoga WA community's 12th annual Summer Solstice celebration.Please join us for an afternoon of Kundalini Yoga kriya, gong relaxation, meditation and chanting with live music, led by members of the KYWA teacher community.
In Kundalini Yoga we gather for the solstices as a potent time to reset, attune and align with the rhythms of nature and cosmos.
Practising together in community exponentially multiplies the grounding and elevating benefits of the practice. Together we balance in the physical, our hearts grow strong and expansive and our spirits rise.
Supper will be served after the practice and there's an opportunity to connect with community and relax.
WHEN: Saturday 20th December 4pm to 7pm
WHERE: St Hildas Anglican Hall, 15 View St North Perth
BRING: Yoga mat, cushion if needed, water and light blanket for relaxation
