Shut Up and Dance is an inclusive, family-friendly night where music and movement open the door to freedom, joy, and connection. The evening begins with cacao and intention-setting, followed by gentle movements that awaken the body and ease you into flow. As resonant grooves rise and the dance floor ignites, expect uplifting beats, live instrumentation — guitar, percussion, keys on a rotating basis — and layers of healing frequencies that create a space for safe release and free expression.With DJ Swami (founder of The Coconut Club) and Sam “Wah” Cutri (The Soundful Experience) at the helm, each night features special guest musicians and DJs (to be announced) adding their own magic to the journey. The energy builds, peaks, and then dissolves into silence, where you are guided into a Soundful Experience — a closing meditation of sound and stillness that leaves you clear, grounded, and grateful.
