The Skills Training for Anaesthetic Residents (STAR) course is designed for junior anaesthetic trainees and residents entering the anaesthetic training program. The full day course covers a range of technical and non-technical skills, working to bridging the knowledge gap as well as developing skills in crisis management, leadership, and team management.
