Cronulla RSL will be hosting a Moët & Chandon Long Lunch on The Deck featuring a structured five-course menu paired with five Moët & Chandon champagnes.

Paired with: Scallop ceviche, salmon roe, leche de tigre, togarashi.
Moët Impérial Rosé
Paired with: Bone marrow beef tartare, capers, gherkins, sevruga and egg white caviar, pickled chilli sauce.
Ice Impérial
Paired with: Rolled prawn, zucchini, cucumber jelly, lemon gel, spicy cocktail sauce.
Nectar Impérial
Paired with: Stuffed chicken roulade wrapped in prosciutto, parsnip purée, blue cheese sauce.
Grand Vintage 2012
Paired with: Miso toothfish, sweet corn purée, asparagus, shellfish velouté.
