This workshop goes over 3 Thursdays 10.30am - 1.30pm, 5th Feb, 12th Feb & 19th Feb all days are included.This three-part lino printing series with jennifer De Goursat introduces participants to the full creative process — from designing and carving their own lino block, to inking, printing, and exploring ways to use their prints in art and craft projects. Each session builds practical skills in design, tool use, printing techniques, and creative applications such as cards, fabric, and framed artworks.
Workshop 1: Carving Lino – From Design to Cut
Thursday 5th February 1030am - 1.30pm
Learn the essentials of lino carving — from choosing the right lino and tools to designing, transferring, and safely cutting your image. You’ll create your own carved lino block, ready to print in Workshop 2. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to refresh their skills.

Workshop 2: Lino Printing – Ink, Tools, and Technique
Thursday 12th February 1030am - 1.30pm
Discover how to bring your carved lino to life through hands-on printing. Explore different inks, papers, and printing tools, and learn simple registration and layering methods to produce striking single or multi-colour prints.
Workshop 3: Creative Applications – Beyond the Print
Thursday 19th February 1030am - 1.30pm
Build on your carving and printing skills and explore creative ways to use your lino prints — from cards and framed artworks to fabric designs and mixed media. Finish with your own mini-series of prints and plenty of ideas for future projects.
