Small Blessings pregnancy yoga accompanies you through your pregnancy, with a yoga and meditation practice from the Kundalini tradition, especially tailored for pregnancy, with enriching yogic teachings and philosophy and with an empowering and practical birth preparation process.The full 10 week cycle includes a 6 week in-depth course, three 90 minute pregnancy yoga classes and an end of cycle community gathering/rite of passage/movie night.
Join the full cycle (which also includes 2 recorded pregnancy yoga classes and additional resources); join just the 6 week intensive or just the pregnancy classes.

In person at 213a South St Beaconsfield and online
Day & Time:
Pregnancy Yoga classes - Thursdays 6 to 7.30pm
6 week intensive course - Thursdays 6 to 8pm
Gathering - Thursday 6 to 8pm
Term 1 Dates:
6 week intensive: 29th October, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th November: 3rd December
3 Pregnancy Yoga classes: 15th and 22nd October; 10th December
Gathering: 17th Dec
Fees:
Full 10 week cycle: $360 (repeat students $320)
6 week intensive only: $260 (repeat students $220)
Casual pregnancy yoga class: $30
You can also join for your whole pregnancy at a special discounted rate of $30 per week of classes. Please contact Jai Ram to customise this to your own timing.
