SPIKE is the story of an egg, stolen by a greedy rat. A young girl finds it. She is playing alone because she is bullied by other children. The baby echidna has no spikes yet and she doesn’t know what kind of creature he is. She tries to help but accidentally puts him in dangerous situations. Will they discover their “spikes” and stand up to the bullies? Come on a lively journey through shadow puppetry to find out.
You can even come to a SHADOW PUPPET MAKING WORKSHOP with Little Wings' puppeteer Jenny Ellis and make your very own puppet to take home!
Show begins at 11.00am and runs for 1 hour.
EXTRA PUPPET-MAKING WORKSHOP ANNOUNCED!
Puppet making workshops start at 1.00pm OR 2.15pm and run for 1 hour. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
