Each day focuses on a key area of professional knowledge essential for effective strata management.
Day 1: Legal and Governance Foundations
Learn the core legal concepts that underpin strata communities. Gain practical knowledge on managing meetings, developing and enforcing rules, and making sound governance decisions.
Day 2: Leadership, Ethics, and Risk Management
Develop leadership and interpersonal skills to manage strata communities effectively. Explore ethical decision-making, contract management, and strategies for identifying and managing risk, including insurance responsibilities.
Day 3: Financial Management and Maintenance
Build confidence in financial management through hands-on lessons in budgeting, sinking funds, financial statements, and levy collection. Learn best practices for maintaining common property and long-term planning.
