Heels workshop- womans day

MELBOURNE!!!! I am back for a short visit and I could not help myself to prepare this!!!!A very special workshop to celebrate woman's day/weekend/month, everything!! , where we will go through a combination of warm up, technique exercises, floorwork, and choreo.
This workshop is particularly dedicated to all of you women who would like to learn more about dancing in heels and express yourself. The theme is lyrical, floor and soft.
DETAILS
- Level: All levels (basic knowledge of dancing, counting, of any dance style is valid), if you have questions, please contact Ane Pastor
- What to bring: Since it is a heels class, bring your dance heels/boots (latin shoes are also good - no shinny stones, floorwork will be involved) and confi tights/pants! 👠You can bring knee pads if you have or longer tights. Floor exercises are soft but you might want to protect the knees.
- If you don't have dance shoes you can do this barefoot.
