Places available for each session- 

Wednesday - 4 places for children under 3 years and 11 places for children over 3 years.
Thursday - 4 places for children under 3 years and 11 places for children over 3 years

Please ensure you book the correct 'ticket' for your child/ren.

The new fees from July 2025 will be 

• $37.40* per child per session
• $35.40* per child per session from the same family
• $32.00* per child per session for health care card holders

* Includes a $0.50 fee per ticket

If you have a Health Care Card please enter HEALTHCARD to receive a discount of $5.40 per child, when checking out. You will be required to enter the Health Care Card number for registration. Please note a Health Care Card does not include Private Health Insurance. 

To receive a discount for additional booked children please enter this code CHILDREN when checking out. 

There is no Child Care Subsidy (CCS) applied to Occasional Care fees.

An enrolment form for each child must be completed prior to leaving your child/ren in care. Forms are available from the Centre or at https://www.gleneira.vic.gov.au/services/family-and-children/occasional-care

• Bookings are essential.
• Places can be booked on a casual basis.
• Bookings are taken from Monday, up to one week in advance of care.
• Fees are to be paid in advance and are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Thursday 9.30am - 12.30pm (3 hours)

Immunisation

Please ensure that all of your child’s immunisations are recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register. If you require assistance with this, email Council’s immunisation team at immunisation@gleneira.vic.gov.au
You will be required to provide an Immunisation History Statement for attendance at the service.
