We are excited to announce the new edition to our weekly program, Pottery Classes at the Blamey Community Group's very own centre!!We recently found our own Kiln (built in 1995 attached to the centre), sought professional advice and guidance from the local Pottery Society and as a result have now locked in Tuesday evenings between 6pm and 8pm.
Starting January 13th, we will be holding weekly classes.
The month of January will be led by Di from the Pottery society. We are learning and navigating this space and where we can take it this year.
Registration is necessary for set up and resources. While finding our feet, adults are encouraged to learn alongside our team and then we will update our community on how to flex the space to teenagers/children.
This is a chance for community to create and connect on a regular basis, particularly aimed at providing outside work times to help strengthen and build support for our members.
We can't wait to create and connect with you.
Please note it is important to register your interest, but also if you can't make it to any of the sessions notify our team via email.
Babysitting: This is a trial period starting 10th of Feb! I will email you a link with extra information once registered. If this option works for the space we will increase the cap and work on supporting future programs/events at BCG!
