2026 Southland Isuzu UTE - Mentone Splash and Dash

About
Mentone Lifesaving Club is delighted to host their annual Mentone Open Water Swim, incorporating a Splash and Dash Event for the kids. The Splash and Dash will be run at 10.30am!
Splash and Dash entry fee is $15 and includes a sausage and icy pole.
There are public shower and change facilities available and the club volunteers provide qualified water safety and first aid personnel to look after our competitors. There is also a kiosk for extra refreshments.
Race Distances:
• 6 - 8 Year Olds
50m Run, 30-40m Wade
• 9 - 11 Year Olds
100m Run, 20-30m Wade (to deeper water), 100m Swim
• 12 -13 Year Olds
100m Run, 20-30m Wade (to deeper water), 100m Swim
Prizes will be awarded for 1st place by age category and gender.
Age is calculated based on the age as at race day (14th March, 2026)

Entries close 6pm Wednesday 11th March 2026.
There will be NO on the day registration permitted.
No refunds offered for athlete cancellations
