Kym McCarthy, Director, Audacieux Legal and Consulting. Kym is a lawyer passionate about sustainability and climate change. After spending the last 20 years working in Europe, the Middle East and mainland Australia Kym has returned home to Tasmania bringing that experience with her. Kym is working with local businesses to understand, articulate and convert their sustainability credentials into commercial benefits. She enables local businesses to not only comply with emerging mandatory standards but achieve maximum competitiveness when bidding for government, corporate and international export opportunities. Kym appreciates that sustainability and legal compliance can seem overwhelming without dedicated in-house expertise. She assists in navigating the intersection of law, business, and sustainability. She provides practical legal advice and consulting services to business owners and directors., where her approach is to work closely with businesses to understand their unique sustainability needs and opportunities, making the process practical, achievable, and impactful.

Venue Access: Please note that as the Society's building at 28 Murray Street, Hobart was built in 1876 there is no lift or disability access to the downstairs training area. The Society's building at 56 Charles Street, Launceston was built in 1860 and there is no lift or disability access to the upstairs rooms.
