This is true whether conceiving, gestating, birthing and nourishing actual children or expressing your fertility in a manifold other possible ways.
Many women intuit that there is a secret power and healing potential in this cycling, even beyond the potential to be a mother.
What do the yogic teachings say? How to cooperate with and live in harmony and actualise yourself as an extraordinarily fertile being?
This course is part of a curriculum called In the Spirit of a Woman. Each 4 week course includes 4 in person 2 hour workshop-style classes, a take home manual and free participation in regular guided 11 day home practice.
