This course shares the knowledge of yogic self-care for women. Kundalini Yoga, with its closeness to Ayurveda (ancient Indian wisdom of long life), offers practical daily lifestyle tips that bring harmony to your being - cellular, hormonal and spiritual.
In this course you will have the opportunity to consider and implement upgrades to your lifestyle to reflect and support who you truly are and are becoming.
We take a non-moralistic and kind approach to personal discipline, explore radical acceptance of our physical bodies and open to healing and a blossoming self-love.
For this course we will be joined in week 3 by Saraswati Adi Kaur of the Sanctuary Space.
This course is part of a curriculum called In the Body of a Woman. Each 4 week course includes 4 in person 2 hour workshop-style classes, a take home manual and free participation in regular guided 11 day home practice.
