About
This is a time to reconnect & awaken your heart space.We start by tuning into the heart & finding an intention for the session. We will do a couple of practise to tune into our energy field & notice where you are at right now. You can bring a journal to write some reflections & setting an intention or just flow with this process at the time.
Then we move into a breath activation of the heart chakra. We follow a pranayama breathing technique for 9 minutes which helps to clear our mind & bring forward emotions what needs to process. This is optional & you are welcome to stay with the natural breath. Then we surrender to the healing sound vibes of the crystal bowls & other instruments.
Release & relax as you drift through the cosmic field of sound.
At the end we will have time to reflect on the session & chat
