Using real-world examples and risk management insights, it highlights how preventable many complaints are when practice systems are clear, consistent, and well-documented.
The session focuses on four recurring problem areas: missing or incomplete Client–Architect Agreements, project budgets, poor communication, and unmanaged project delays. Participants will explore how these issues arise, why they escalate, and the practical steps they can take to reduce risk
