Awaken your Inner Wisdom with a transformational journey into yourself with the healing power of your breath.

The breath is the doorway to unlock the subconscious giving you the key to release any blocks, emotions and beliefs that have been holding you back and keeping you stuck in life.

By using our breath in a powerful and transformative way, we are able to move beyond the ego long enough to reach our core self and engage in a highly intuitive connection to our inner teacher, our higher self also known as our Wisdom Keeper.

ABOUT THE SESSION:

• Tuesday 13 January 2026 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM (UTC+11) 

  Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled. Ther will be an optional sharing circle after the journey. Please be on time to respect the sacred container we will be co creating 🙏🏽

WHO'S IT FOR:

• Anyone interested in personal growth, healing, spiritual discovery, detoxification, wellness and creating deep inner peace.

WHAT TO BRING:

• Wear warm, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Socks are a great idea too as your body temperature will fluctuate.
• Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blanket, water bottle & eye mask (not essential). You will create a cosy, comfy space that allows you to drop into a deep meditative state without the distraction of being cold.
