Serenity and Insight Weekend with Patrick Kearney
Location
Khacho Yulo Ling Buddhist Centre
About
Friday 29th May to Sunday 31st May.
The weekend will begin with a Public talk on Friday night, this is included in cost for those attending the weekend. It is also open by donation, for those who would just like to attend the talk.
This weekend at KYLBC Patrick will help us explore serenity and insight, the two essential wings of the practice. Serenity calms the heart. Insight clarifies the mind. What does the Buddha mean by these terms? Are we talking about two different projects? What kinds of practice emerge from serenity and insight?
