Join us for an immersive evening where we farewell Summer and welcome in the energies of Autumn.Autumn is a time of giving thanks and expressing gratitude for the abundance that Summer and the festive season has brought to us, a time to reflect on the blessings in our lives. The coming of Autumn falling leaves serve as a gentle reminder that its also a time for letting go and embracing change.
Allow yourself to lay back and be carried away by sound on your unique journey to a place of spacious calm and inner reflection with the DJ's - Donna, Jacqui and Jacqui.
This journey of sound offers a unique experience where a variety of sacred instruments are played in harmony to guide you through waves of vibration that transforms nervous energy, balances the body and calms the mind. Complex layers of sound creates a deeply meditative experience helping you to release stress and find stillness within.
You'll be gently supported by soothing tones from Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Drums and other percussion instruments that anchor your journey in peace and presence.

Cost:
$45 per person plus booking fee
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, cushion for your head, eye pillow, water and dress comfortably. Socks are also wonderful to wear during our sound baths.
Includes:
Tea/coffee and light supper will be offered after the sound bath
Important to note:
* NOT recommended during first trimester of pregnancy
* NOT recommended for sound induced epilepsy
* Arrive 15 minutes before event start time to get settled in - doors close at 7pm.
