Special class: Black Forest gateau
Come and join me in this fabulous class, and I show you how to create your own authentic Black Forest gateau! And did I say that it is also GLUTEN-FREE? It is!!!
We will also share a light lunch during the class (a cheese and fruit platter), and, perhaps, a celebratory glass of bubbles, and you will, of course, take your creation home, so you can share it with your family or friends.
Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate the recipe at home. I also keep this class very small (with a max of 4 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions to maximise your learning experience.
The duration of the class is approx 4 1/2 - 5 hours. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those seeking to expand their repertoire.

COST and inclusions
$220 per participant plus booking fees. Hands-on class, duration of 4 1/2 - 5 hours. You take home the Black Forest gateau that you make, as well as detailed recipes, and a light lunch (platters with dips, cheese, vegies, fruit and delicious home-made gluten-free bread) will be offered at the end of the class.
