This absurdist dark comedy has Waiting for Godot undertones with a touch of Monty Python, exploring reality, equality, and ultra-conservative governments. It’s all fun and games until it suddenly isn’t. Whenever everything you are told is a lie, what do you believe? Are we heading towards this, or is it already here? Light a candle and pull up a chair, everything is written in the cards.
Content Warnings: Gaslight Sonata contains full frontal nudity and simulated torture; references to racism, religiophobia, homophobia, transphobia, sexism; and uses adult language. This production includes strobe lighting effects.
