EmpowHER x Per4orm | Confidence Under Pressure
Pressure, nerves and mistakes are a normal part of sport. Confidence is built through how athletes respond to those moments.
This full-day EmpowHER x Per4orm Confidence Under Pressure workshop is designed for netballers aged 12–18 and combines high-performance on-court training with education sessions focused on mindset, composure and response. Athletes will learn practical tools to stay calm under pressure, reset after mistakes, make confident decisions and back themselves when it matters most.
Led by World Champion, Commonwealth Games Champion and Olympian Kaarle McCulloch, alongside the Per4orm and EmpowHER coaching teams, this clinic provides athletes with skills they can apply immediately - on the court, at school and in everyday life.
This workshop is not about perfection. It’s about preparation, confidence and response.
