This hands-on workshop introduces practical techniques and gentle Ki philosophies to help restore your natural energy flow and support your overall wellbeing.

• Introduction to Ki philosophy and energy testing
• Hara (abdominal) diagnosis and whole body basic form.

• Perfect for anyone curious about Ki Shiatsu, including those exploring the path toward becoming a practitioner / therapist.
Cost: $180 pp
Your facilitator, Emma, will guide you through rejuvenating Ki Shiatsu practices designed to clear blockages and reconnect you with your deepest health and inner vitality. This workshop is the first in a series running throughout 2026, each designed to build your skills step-by-step. You’ll learn the basic form covering the whole body ~ ideal for anyone wanting to understand Ki Shiatsu more deeply and begin their healing journey to support others.
