Michelle will be joined by well known Byron Shire songstress LULU from Lulu and Mischka who will be weaving her angelic voice throughout the dance and will offer a chanting circle to open our hearts to complete our dance.

5Rhythms dance is a transformative movement meditation that catalyses change and transformation. As we dance the 5rhythms wave we enter a flow of energy that comes from within, that takes us beyond the limitations of mind, ego and personality into the limitless dimension of self. Enter the space of trance to shed and dissolve layers of holding in your body, spirit and soul. Emerge with a new integration and unity with ourselves and all of life.
