Come gather with sisterhood for a 5Rhythms Women's Medicine Dance, Cacao Ceremony and a nourishing sound journey as we welcome the return of the light after the winter solstice. A dance to come home to ourselves just as we are, and connect with our inner light, held and supported by a potent sacred sisterhood container. Emerge nourished, and energised with new inspiration. 🌕

What can we do to rekindle or energise our inner light, our inner fire, our passion?
Sound Healer Lucia Swift will envelop us with a luscious nourishing relaxing sound journey with crystal bowls, & percussion to integrate our experience.
Together with our sisterhood circle we cocreate a powerful unified field that amplifies and energises our intentions.
Together we shine brighter. As we amplify our own light, we hold a prayer for women all over the globe to be empowered, free and safe.
5rhythms dance is a powerful movement meditation that supports us to come home to our body, open our heart and awaken our soul. As we follow our own creative movement from within, our mind begins to relax and the deeper dance of our soul emerges, opening our intuition, inner wisdom and truth.
All who identify as women are welcome.
No dance experience is necessary.
Women who may be currently healing from chronic illness are especially welcome to join this healing field.
If you cant dance for the whole time, you can take it at your own space and rest.
This is a drug/alcohol/smoke free space.

BIOGRAPHY
Michelle Mahrer is an embodiment mentor, 5Rhythms dance teacher, dance therapist and an award winning film maker. She is passionate about the healing and transformative power of dance and has dedicated her life to embodiment as a healing art, as a participant, a dance facilitator and a film maker. She has been leading dance classes, workshops & retreats in Sydney, Melbourne & internationally for the past 25 years and is one of the pioneers of Conscious Dance in Australia cocreating the first conscious dance in Melbourne with Liat Lev in 2000. She is the director of Radiance Dance 5Rhythms a vibrant dance community in Sydney which has been running for 15 years. Michelle offers classes, workshops, womens retreats, and 1:1 dance movement therapy sessions. Michelle had the privilege of learning and working closely with Gabrielle Roth the founder of 5rhythms dance. Gabrielle invited her to direct all her teaching videos. She has made numerous award winning films about dance including "Dances of Ecstasy" a sensory journey into the world of trance and ecstasy experienced through dance and rhythm which features Gabrielle Roth. Michelle is also featured in international best seller book called Warriors of Light where she authored a chapter about her work with dance.

Lucia Swift is a Sound and Music Facilitator with over 13 years’ experience working with individuals and communities through sound, voice, and vibration. Having walked closely with Indigenous cultures in Central and South America and now living in Central Australia for the past nine years, Lucia is dedicated to honouring sacred traditions and the deep healing power of song. She creates inclusive, ritual-rich spaces that invite authentic expression, insight, and connection. Lucia also leads annual Connection to Country women’s pilgrimages in Central Australia, weaving her life’s work into experiences that honour traditional owners and support cultural awareness, healing, and decolonisation.
