All welcome for an experience of Kundalini Yoga teachings & practices on the theme of loyalty.
Loyalty is the second virtue. It’s an innocent yet powerful force which binds us to people, places, ideas. We are all loyal creatures, like it or not, and are all loyal to something, but what? And how conscious are we about it?
In this class we will explore the problems of loyalty and how using your loyalty consciously is necessary to serve the soul’s unfolding.
After some teachings we will practice Kundalini Yoga kriya & meditation.
