About
Sat 14th March - 3 to 5pm at Beacon Hub & online
All welcome for an experience of Kundalini Yoga teachings & practices on the theme of equality.
Equality is the 3rd virtue, expressed by the saying “If you can’t see God in all, you can’t see God at all.” Triangles are a big part of life - love triangles, vicious triangles, relationship triangulations of all kinds.
The soul-serving quality of the triangle is expressed by seeing all as equal - an honestly challenging and yet when successful joyful and rewarding pursuit which we will explore in this class.
After some teachings we will practice Kundalini Yoga kriya & meditation.

Also available online.
