About:

We’re removing eight more level crossings on the Upfield Line from Albion Street, Brunswick, to Park Street, Parkville by building a 2.1 kilometre rail bridge over the roads.

We’re removing the level crossings at:

• Albion Street, Brunswick 
• Hope Street, Brunswick 
• Victoria Street, Brunswick 
• Albert Street, Brunswick 
• Dawson Street, Brunswick 
• Union Street, Brunswick 
• Brunswick Road, Brunswick 
• Park Street, Parkville 

The project is in the early planning stages and the team are carrying out design, environmental, technical and engineering assessments.

As we progress design and planning, we've referred the project to the Minister for Planning to review and decide if further assessments are required under the Victorian Environment Effects Act 1978 (EE Act).

Meet the team

Join us for an online information session to hear from the project team, ask questions and find out more about the Brunswick and Parkville level crossing removals.

This session will be online via Zoom.

Registration is essential.

The webinar session will begin with a presentation by the project team, followed by answers to any presubmitted questions and a live Q&A via the Zoom Q&A function.

Presubmitted questions can be submitted upon registration for the session.

Please be advised that aggressive and violent virtual behaviour in the online information session will not be tolerated. Anyone who displays this sort of behaviour will be removed from the session.
