This workshop will focus on the sacral chakra to bring you back to a state of feeling worthy, creative, playful, safe to feel & express your emotions.The Sanskrit name for Sacral, Svadhishthana, means “dwelling place of the Self.” Working with the water element and balancing the sacral chakra will help you to connect with who you are as the whole self.
The workshop includes:
- Introduction to the sacral chakra
- Kundalini bioenergetic breathwork practice
- Rest, restore and integrate with a sacral chakra themed sound bath to pure crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks, ocean drum and more.
