🌟 Term 1 Netball Strength & Conditioning Program 🌟Ready to level up your netball game? Join us for term 1 (WILL ONLY RUN INTERM 1) for a netball-specific Strength & Conditioning program designed to help young female athletes build power, confidence, and on-court performance!
Our clinic runs over 6 high-energy sessions, held on Mondays 4.30pm-5.30pm.

With a maximum of just 10 participants, each athlete receives focused coaching and support.

• Guided discussions on nutrition, recovery, sleep, and mental performance
• A supportive environment designed to build strong, smart, resilient athletes
🎯 Who’s it for?
Female athletes playing in Division 3 and above who are eager to take their game to the next level.
