Supporting Wellbeing During VCE I Parent Information Night

Kingston Youth Services, in partnership with Bayside Youth Services, invite parents and carers to our first Parent Information Night (PINS) for 2026, featuring Dr Amanda Mullin. This online session will unpack the pressures young people face during VCE and exam periods and provide practical ways families can support wellbeing at home. Parents and carers will gain clear, evidence-based strategies to help young people manage stress, build resilience, and feel supported — including those with diverse learning styles and neurodiverse needs. Young people are also welcome to attend.About the presenter:
Dr Amanda Mullin is a multi-award-winning Clinical Psychologist, speaker and founder of Mindworx Psychology, Mindworx Online and Think Differently. Known for her warm, relatable approach, Amanda works with families, schools and organisations across Australia to strengthen wellbeing and reduce burnout. She combines clinical expertise with lived experience to make complex ideas practical and easy to apply at home.
