For one night only on Friday 10th July, The Clovercrest Hotel proudly presents a very special one-off event celebrating Bon Scott's 80th birthday.This will be a celebration of the man and the band with nothing but AC/DC music being played all night. If you’re a fan of AC/DC then this night will be a must see event!!!
Two of Australia’s premier AC/DC tribute bands will be performing on the night along with a never seen or heard before AC/DC acoustic set by the special guest support. Also on the night will be a question and answer session with give away prizes.
HIGH VOLTAGE are the first Australian band to pay a full tribute to Australia's greatest rock export - AC/DC. Formed in February 1988, the band gained a fast reputation as one of the most energetic and exciting bands around.
Formed in 2017, BON FIRE are SA's hardest working AC/DC tribute band touring nationally & internationally playing the best of classic era AC/DC.
Special guest support will be JK Chillin performing an acoustic AC/DC set. Featuring Jarrad Hataier on vocals from AC/DC tribute bands - Son of Bon, Bon & All, Let There Be Rock & Sin City. @
Bon Scott was the legendary lead singer and lyricist for Australia's greatest ever band AC/DC from 1974 until his untimely death in 1980. Known for his raspy, powerful vocals and his cheeky rebellious persona, Scott is widely considered one of the greatest frontmen in rock & roll history. Ronald Belford Scott was born on the 9th of July 1946 and we will honor him on what would have been his 80th birthday.
