These free, in-person information sessions are run by Services Australia and the Department of Health, Ageing and Disability. Providing clear, practical information and time to ask questions in a calm, welcoming setting.Sessions cover topics such as getting started with myGov, understanding income and concession supports, retirement and ageing services, family and carer supports, and where to go for next steps.
Sessions are open to everyone. The sessions are held across various City of Melbourne Libraries and Healthy Ageing Facilities.
