WNC 2026 Junior Umpire Dev. Program
(FOR BEGINNER UMPIRES 14 – 16 YEARS)
Tuesday 24th February, 5.30pm to 7.00pm
Tuesday 3rd March, 5.30pm to 7.00pm
Tuesday 10th March, 5.30pm to 7.00pm
Tuesday 17th March, 5.30pm to 7.00pm
Tuesday 24th March, 5.30pm to 7.00pm
at Waverley Netball Centre.
The course is aimed at BEGINNER UMPIRES. No experience required.
The program will include:
• Beginner steps to umpiring
• Tools to help complete the FOUNDATION Umpiring Course online & Rules of Netball
• Follow up Training and Mentoring, and
Must be able to umpire on a Saturday morning.
All participants need to bring a whistle (which can be purchased from WNC Reception) and rule book (app that can be downloaded).
Please wear runners and suitable clothing to umpire and play netball in.
