Welcome to our "Sew and Tell" event series, where sewing skills and cultural stories go hand-in-hand!Ever wondered what to do with scrap fabric? Some old clothes are too worn to be repaired or donated, but you can still give them a new life!
Join us in the CoGLAB at Amherst Village Library on Friday the 27th of February, for Twist and Twine with Selina from Positively Sew. This event is presented in conjunction with Switch Your Thinking.
In this 2-hour workshop, attendees will learn how to turn their scrap fabric into multi-purpose twine, with storytelling woven throughout the session.
Adults only. Bookings are essential, and open to the public from the 13th of February. Spaces are limited to 15 people, so be quick to grab your spot!
