About
The ASM Nancy Millis Student Award is presented annually to the best student presenting research carried out as part of a PhD or Masters by Research from each state to enable them to attend and present at the ASM National Meeting. The award funds full conference registration, and airfare and accommodation allowance. Post-graduate students from Microbiology research laboratories from tertiary institutes within Victoria will deliver 10-minute presentations and respond to questions for a further 5 minutes about their area of study.The ASM Dena Lyras ECR award is presented annually to one ECR member of the ASM to enable them to attend and present at the ASM National Meeting. The award funds full conference registration, and airfare and accommodation allowance. ECRs candidate will present the findings of their research as a 10 minute presentation and the successful candidate will present at the national meeting.
