Karate WA Business and Dojo Development Day 2026
Location
CITS Leederville
About
The Dojo Development Day is designed to give Head of Style, coaches, instructors and club volunteers practical tools to better run, grow and support their dojo.
Sessions cover administration, communication, safeguarding, injury management and athlete wellbeing — all areas that directly impact the experience of our members and families.
* Practical ideas you can take straight back to your dojo.
* Learn how to grow and manage your club — not just coach it.
* From Kidsport to compliance, understand what’s expected of modern clubs.
* Injury management, safeguarding and sideline behaviour explained clearly.
* Improve communication with families and reduce admin workload.
* Support athlete wellbeing and create a safer training environment.
* Tools to help your dojo run smoother and retain members longer.
