Brisbane North PHN invites Residential Aged Care Home (RACH) clinical staff to attend a Clinical Masterclass focused on outbreak preparedness and after hours care.

Outbreak management in RACHs presented by Metro North Health Public Health Unit, covering:
•    managing respiratory and gastroenteritis outbreaks
•    key guidance and available resources
•    actions required at each stage of an outbreak
•    practical strategies used by other RACHs.

Supporting RACHs after hours 

This session includes updates from after hours service providers and a panel discussion. Topics include:
•    when to access after hours support
•    what support services can provide
•    managing clinical concerns overnight and on weekends.

A confirmed program will be provided when finalised and is subject to change. 

This free clinical masterclass includes complimentary refreshments.

Registrations are essential and close one week prior to each event.
