Change and loss affects every part of our lives, and are often accompanied by grief. People experience change, loss and grief in different ways. Grief isn’t just for death.This trauma informed workshop gives information about change, loss and grief, as well as helping you explore your own experiences. You will be empowered to better understand yourself and others.
The 90 minute workshop is open to any adult or teen 15 years or older. All viewpoints on faith and identity will be respected. The maximum group size is 8 to provide a safe and caring environment.
