We look forward to welcoming you to the 2026 conference of the Australasian Association of Private International Law, to be held at Ashurst offices, Level 8, 39 Martin Place, Sydney on Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th of April 2026.
The program features panels on
- Jurisdiction;
- Private International Law and Digitalisation;
- Regional and International Cooperation;
- Arbitration; and
- Applicable Law.
Attendance at conference sessions can be used for CPD; check local requirements.
Conference fees
Reduced fees apply to members of AAPrIL. You can join the Association at https://aapril.org/membership/
Member (2 days) $120
Member (1 day) $70
Non-member (2 days) $160
Non-member (1 day) $90
Student: Free to attend the conference only.
Conference dinner: $110 for dinner and a selection of drinks. Please note that seats are limited and if sold out, you will be added to a waitlist.
**To book for only one day, you will need to select Thursday 16 April. You will be asked during the checkout process which day you will be attending.
** To book for two days, you will need to select Friday 17 April.
