The Lehenda Winter school is an immersive four-day program for dancers aged 7 to 18 years.
The program runs from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm daily, with the final day running from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Each day, students will take part in the following classes:
Ballet
Stretch, Strength and Conditioning
Character Class, including Ukrainian Character barre and centre work
Ukrainian Boys and Girls Technique
Repertoire
Students will also have the opportunity to learn about and try on costumes from Lehenda’s specialist costume designer, as well as watch clips of Ukrainian dance companies from Ukraine, Canada, the USA and Australia.
The program culminates in a special concert display at 5:00 pm on the final day, where participants will showcase their hard work.
