About
Welcome to our first camping trip of 2026! We're heading to Barmedman Mineral Pool!Our camping event will be a chance to relax together and make a memory. BCG are providing catering for dinner and breakfast so please read the registrations carefully, and we hope we can have a great time together.
Barmedman Mineral Pool is a volunteer run venue from the Barmedman community- Campsites are $10 donation and the pool is a gold coin donation (or extra if you wish). Hot water showers are available for $1. Please bring cash for these donations.
BCG are catering for the duration of the event- please read the registration information carefully.
The pool is a mineral pool so expect natural moss on the surface, mineral therapy for your skin, space for paddleboards and kayaks and floating devices so feel welcome to bring your water fun equipment from home.
There's a campsite within the Pool's facility where you have access to the amenities provided. There is also plenty of shade and areas to relax.
Bring your camp gear and have a great time with us. The camping sites are unpowered, however if you require powered, please get in touch as there is a nearby powered site at the recreation sports ground that you're welcome to access (at this stage at own cost) if needed- it is located a block away.
There's also BBQ facilities- if you'd like to bring along you're own BBQ to collab cook- get in touch.
Arrival time is flexible due to travelling time to get out there (1 and a half hour drive from Wagga) our Coordinator will arrive at 3:30 for a 4pm event start. We're hosting the BBQ around 5pm. You're welcome to arrive earlier if you'd like to explore the township of Barmedman (a little birdy told us there's a nice bakery in town). If you'd like to come just for Sunday, you're welcome to as well :)
The mineral pool requires adult supervision for children at all times.
