BoSP – People, Culture & Small Practice Leadership
Join us for our Business of Small Practice (BoSP) Directors Roundtable in the Melbourne CBD on 11 March, for a presentation and roundtable discussion on matters of people, culture and leadership. We'll be joined by Rachel Bloom from Catalina Consultants who will speak on frameworks for recruiting, managing and retaining a successful team. Rachel will stay on to support a facilitated Q&A and sharing of insights amongst BoSP directors on handling of employer obligations, challenges of practice leadership and more. See you there!
Be part of the BoSP community at this event, this time structured to leverage sharing of knowledge amongst small practice directors. Grow your networks, be ready to join the conversation and bring your burning questions for our guest presenter and your fellow directors.
