Join Steph & Alex in the Inner Health Centre at Organic Feast for an immersive sound journey series designed to support deep rest, gentle release, and a return to calm.This is your invitation to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into a space where nothing is required of you. Simply arrive, lie down, and allow your body to soften.
The Experience
A 60-minute sound journey to release tension, settle the mind, and restore balance.
You’ll be immersed in a rich, multi-layered soundscape of live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle guided meditation — all woven together to support deep relaxation.
Across the winter season, each gathering builds upon the last, offering a different thread of restoration — a chance to return again and again, and go a little deeper each time.
You’re welcome to attend a single session or journey through the full series.

What We Provide
Mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort.
What to Bring

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final. Cancellations more than 7 days prior may be requested in writing to soundandspiritau@gmail.com. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another name.
